Jim and Bill Siebold – President and Vice President and Owners of The Siebold Company Inc.

Together offering over 60-years of experience working in the Material Handling and Graphic Arts Industries. Both men have spent extensive time working in the mechanical trades as journeymen and field superintendents. They have provided their expertise to the food and newspaper industries along with developing a highly successful relationship with the Postal Service. In 1989 it was Jim and Bills decision to offer a “full circle of service,” based on providing electromechanical capabilities. At the time this service was virtually unheard of with installation and demolition companies. Jim and Bill continue to forge the path for TSC, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations.

 

Jim Ford – Director of Safety, Vice President Operations

Profile: Collective experience – 32 years

OSHA Certified Trainer, CFR 1910 & 1926. Certified Trainer Class II & III Asbestos

Abatement. Certified trainer of forklift and scissors lifts operators. Designed and published TSC Safety Manual adhering to OSHA and NSA guidelines with emphasis on any specifications as applied to Mechanical and Electrical equipment installations and demolitions. Serves as Director of TSC daily operations.

 

Craig Brennan – Vice President Project Management

Profile: Collective experience 38 years

Craig has extensive hands on field experience with mechanical installations and maintenance. Assigned tasks as technical troubleshooter, project organizer and team supervisor. As both Project Manager and Superintendent has performed installations and reconfiguration on Graphic Arts and Material Handling equipment.  Education/Certification/Training: Multiple Certifications from the Project Management Institute and continuing education, Crane operator and rigging trainer for company field certifications

 

Michael Bures – Controller / Contracts Administrator

Profile: Collective experience – 24 years

Responsibilities to the BAPS project: working with the solicitation in general, overall cost and commitment monitoring, subcontractor administration. Monitor project costs, percentage of completion and generate milestone invoices. Submit final contract paperwork to BAPS upon project completion and sign-off. Education/Certification/Training: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Florida International University.

 

Eugene Albright – VP Press Products / Automation

Profile: Collective experience – 30 years

Eugene qualifies The Siebold Company Inc. and has built our electrical and controls division. He heads up our development, new products, and deployments. While continuing to research and develop new products that helps our company stay on the end of the latest technology curve, while offering value added services and products to benefit our customers.

Christopher P Miles – Vice President  Corporate Development

Profile: Collective experience - 30 years

Christopher manages strategic business initiatives including partnerships and mergers and acquisition opportunities for the company.  In addition he heads the Siebold Solutions division which provides operational and financial consulting to our clients in the printing and material handling industries.  He has held senior executive positions at printing and publishing companies throughout his thirty plus year career and continues to serve on the board of directors for a number of privately held companies.

Bruce Barna, Vice President Sales & Marketing

Profile: Collective experience - 42 years

Focused on the Graphic Arts Division of TSC, responsibilities include all sales, marketing and customer communications. Dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction since starting his career 1976, Bruce has served a wide variety of senior management roles in the graphic arts industry, from publishing newspapers, magazines and shoppers to managing global and regional sales and marketing efforts for several press and post-press organizations including Goss International. One of Bruce’s key initiatives is to ensure clear communications between our customers and our engineering staff to make certain our solutions perfectly match our client’s requirements.

Education & Training: BA Communications / Writing - University of Pittsburgh

 

Bob Hallstrom, Vice President Manufacturing & Product Development

Profile: Collective experience - 38 years.

Extensive graphic arts experience in sales, strategic project planning, and technical customer support.  Responsibilities include gathering all project details from BAPS site visits and reviewing project scope with the TSC engineering and senior management team to develop the best, safest and most cost-effective solution.  Other key management roles for several decades for Goss International.

Education & Training: Northern Illinois University, College of Business, Bachelor of Science – Marketing

 

Beau Campbell, Sales, Marketing & Equipment Valuations

Profile: Collective experience – 30 years

Vice President Midwest Sales for The Siebold Company. Prior to joining TSC, Beau led Inland Newspaper Machinery for 30 plus years supplying the newspaper industry world-wide with pre-owned newspaper presses, press upgrades and installations. In addition, Beau has provided appraisals of production equipment for property tax appeals, acquisitions and financing. Beau has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration with emphasis in marketing and economics.

Bob Hallstrom, VP Manufacturing & Product Development

Bob has a long and successful history in the supply side of the graphic arts equipment industry, including various management roles at Goss International. His expertise in a variety of capacities spans both the newspaper and commercial printing arenas. Bob’s primary focus is helping grow our Smith Pressroom Products brand along with serving our commercial printing customers.

 

Richard Palmer, Senior Vice President

Profile: Collective experience – 44 years.

Focused on the Graphic Arts Division of TSC, responsible for all department functions. Focused on providing leadership for all activities, including: engineering, data gathering, logistics, cost analysis, and appropriate staffing for all customer projects. Oversees all TSC Graphic Arts Division installations, as he did for several press manufactures including TKS and Goss International for three decades. 

 

Jeff Schladweiler – Engineering Manager

Profile: Collective experience – 18 years

Jeff is the lead Engineering manager for TSC. During he has built TSC’s engineering department and will oversee all engineering needs of BAPS. Education/Certification/Training: Northwest Technical Institute, Engineering Drafting and Design Technology.

 

Jimmy Ford Jr, Electrical / Mechanical Project Manager

Collective Experience: 9 Years

Jimmy has extensive hands on field experience with mechanical and electrical installations. His collective experience in the material handling and graphic arts industries includes: Jobsite Superintendent, Project Manager, and Sales. 

Education/Certification/Training:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from University of Central Florida.

  • Certified Journeyman Electrician

 

Cameron Nelson, Electrical / Mechanical Project Manager

Profile: Collective experience – 7 Years

Extensive field experience in mechanical and electrical installations in Material Handling and Graphic Arts Equipment.  Field superintendent with multiple years of project management and sales experience.  Education/Certification/Training: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance, Certified Journeyman Electrician.
